About Integrity   INTEGRITY FIRE SERVICES was established July 13, 2010 by the Partners; Jim Barber, Ted Henry and Garrett Holland in Charlotte, North Carolina. Together they have over 80 years combined experience in design, fabrication, installation of fire sprinkler systems and private fire mains for various types of businesses with quality, accuracy and satisfaction to customers.   INTEGRITY systems can be found in a variety of locations throughout the south east, from Virginia to Florida. They include saw mills, restaurants, assisted living, office buildings, hospitals, power generation stations, manufacturing, warehouses and private homes. You can count on us to deliver your project in a professional manner - on time, every time. We provide 24 x 7 emergency support and maintenance. We offer exceptional quality and superior service at very competitive prices.   Our founders were all former employees of Integrity Fire Protection of the Carolinas, Inc. After the death of Mike Bigham (1953 - 2010) owner of Integrity Fire Protection, the company was closed. Jim, Ted and Garrett combined their experience; dedication and assurance to customer satisfaction into the creation of their new company. The Partners of Integrity Fire Services are committed to continuing the 10 years of high quality service provided by Mike & his company.   About Our Partners   Jim Barber Jim has worked in the Fire Protection industry for over 25 years. Heading the construction teams of Integrity Fire Protection, Jim brings excellent leadership, oversight and a commitment to quality construction and installation to the company.   Ted Henry Ted has worked in the Fire Protection industry for over 20 years, starting his career in 1989. He has worked as a fitter, foreman, account executive and business manager on both above and underground systems. His experience ranges between private companies to government contracts on military bases. Ted began his working relationship with Mike and Integrity Fire Protection in 2000 and became President of Integrity Underground Services (a spin off company of Integrity Fire Protection) in 2008. He gained a reputation of getting the job done neatly, efficiently, properly and respectfully. With Integrity you might say. His experience on complex jobs provides Integrity Fire Services with a high quality of management, expertise, determination, problem solving, oversight and customer satisfaction.   Garrett Holland Nicet 3 Certified, NFPA Member Garrett has worked in the Fire Protection industry for over 30 years. He comes from a family of Fire Protection specialists and began his own career as a pipe fitter installing systems. He has worked for Queen City Sprinkler and Atlantic Coast Fire Protection prior to joining Integrity Fire Protection of the Carolinas with Mike Bigham in 1999. He began his design career in 1982 and has conducted System Inspections, Surveys, provided Job/Project Estimates, Contractor Designs, Cut Layouts and Permit Layouts for clients and customers throughout the south eastern United States. President of SprinklerTech, Inc (a design firm), Garrett brings experience in executive leadership, oversight, customer relation partnerships and full life cycle experience to the company. .
