- WHAT
WOULD THE WORLD BE WITHOUT INTEGRITY
-
- The official obituary leaves out so much about our boss,
mentor, adopted father and dearest friend. Mike was a true Christian
who didn't judge people, but rather tried to help them. He was
the epitome of the Second Chance. And through his kindness and
guidance, many people turned their lives around and became productive
citizens. If you had a problem he was the person you could talk
to that would give you ideas, suggestions and support to solve
them. All you need do is look into his striking blue eyes and
you knew you had a friend for life.
-
- Mike was a devoutly proud father to Camden and Sara. You
couldn't walk into Mike's office and not have him show you the
latest pictures of his children and grandchildren. Or hear the
latest story about their accomplishments and current projects.
He extended this love and care to his niece Angel and Garrett,
who he called the son he never had on several occasions. Equally
proud of them as he was his own daughters, he served as father
to them and their children just as he did to his own.
-
- Second to the love of his family was his love of hunting
and fishing.
-
- We were deeply sadden when Mike's family decided to close
Integrity Fire Protection. Though we mourn his passing for the
months and even years to come, business goes on. Mike's executives,
Jim Barber, Ted Henry and Garrett Holland joined forces to create
a new company and continue Mike's legacy. Through their efforts
Integrity Fire Services, Inc. was established in Charlotte North
Carolina in July 2010. We are equally committed to continuing
the high quality of service provided by Mike & his company
and look forward to serving our customers throughout the south
eastern region of the U.S.
